A new and exciting startup company, fresh from the USA

YumYumSushi Desserts have several patents registered and are creating a new space in the dessert and gifting industry.

The two owners are John and Lisa Hines. John and Lisa have a combined 40 years in the food and hospitality industry.

John has extensive experience as a nine time Award Winning Executive Chef, Food and Beverage Director, former host of his own TV cooking show, ‘Cooking in the Keys with Master Chef John Hines’, and former owner of the #1 ranked restaurant, Turquoise, in Key West, Florida.

His wife, Lisa, is a former UK civil service manager. She now follows her real passion in life; to express her creative flair to become a highly skilled baker and cake decorator that she is today.

This dynamic husband and wife team, the driving force behind YumYumSushi Desserts, have left a thriving business behind them in the USA, in order to bring this brand new range of YumYumSushi Desserts to a new and discerning market. Their vision is to launch a new and unique range of desserts into the UK and beyond.

In doing so they seek to share their undoubted business success with a wider community by donating to several charities and good causes.
